The chef is greatly skilled in Gaeseong cuisine which is a province in North Korea. As a result, guests can enjoy ori hobak jjim(steamed duck with squash) and muneo jjim (steamed octopus), cuisine that is very difficult to find in South Korea.
Ebong is a remodeled and renovated house, and being located in a greenbelt zone, guests can enjoy their meals in a comfortable atmosphere with fabulous scenery. The restaurant is highly recommended to foreign tourists as well as for family gatherings.
Each table is equipped with halogen ovens, so foods can be cooked at the table by the customers’tastes. The kitchen and facilities are spotless and efficiently managed.
