Nice Hotel opened on October 25, 2002 in the development areas of Busan Jinhae's new harbor and Gyeongsangnam-do Jinhae's Yongwon.
The Noksangukgagongdan Industrial Complex, Macheon Cast-Iron Products Complex, Gadeok-do Island, and Sinhangman are nearby. Also, many visitors come to witness the Jinhae Naval Port Festival and the Naval officers recruitment.
