Taepyung Salt Farm (태평염전)
Taepyeong Salt Farm is the largest single salt farm in South Korea, located in Jeungdo, Sinan-gun. Established in 1953, it operates the Taepyeong Salt Farm, Salt Museum, and Salt Healing Camping Lot. Jeungdo is designated as Asia's first Slow City and is also recognized as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and a Ramsar Wetland, highlighting its pristine ecological significance.
