Songihyang (송이향)

Songihyang Hanjeongsik is a Korean restaurant offering tranquil views of Cheonggyesan Mountain and Baegun Lake. Their signature dish, the borigulbi jeongsik (barley-aged dried yellow croaker set menu), features barley-aged yellow croaker dried in the sea breeze of Yeonggwang, soaked in rice water to remove excess salt, and steamed with pine needles.
